Hope you have all had a lovely Christmas! My Christmas always smells like gingerbread and this year was no exception. I think I made 3 or 4 batches of gingerbread. 10 gingerbread houses for Christmas markets, winter wonderland for our own home, lots of biscuits and of course I didn't want to forget our boys in blue.
Last year I made them a police station out of gingerbread, filled with all sorts of goodies. This year I made funny policemen in action. I think it's nice to treat them with something special at this time of the year as they keep our streets safe and work hard through all the public holidays.
